From 14:00 check-in at the hotel "Metallurg" metro Dostoevsky.

From 18:00 the suspension of air equipment and

rehearsal of contest numbers, alignment of light and tuning

sound, as well as a rehearsal of the prologue and epilogue.

Dinner at the hotel.

October 03

​

Breakfast at the hotel.

From 08:00 to 10:00 - rehearsal of the parade and the grand opening of the festival-competition.

From 10:15 to 12:30 - rehearsal

From 12:30 to 13:00 - refueling arena

At 13:00 - 13:45 - lunch break

At 14:00 - the parade and grand opening of the festival-contest, greetings to the organizers, the director of the GUTSI and the jury.

At 14:30 - the beginning of the competition day

From 17:30 to 18:15 - a technical break

At 18:15 - the continuation of the competition day

At 20:15 - the end of the 1st competitive day

From 20:30 to 21:30 - discussion of the jury of the competition program, a round table with team leaders and members of the jury of the 1st competition day.

Dinner at the hotel.            

 

           October 4th      

 

Breakfast at the hotel.

From 08:00 to 10:30 - rehearsal

From 10:30 to 11:00 - refueling arena

From 11:00 to 14:00 - 2 competitive days

From 14:00 to 14:45 - lunch break

From 14:45 to 17:00 - continuation of 2 competitive days

From 17:30 to 19:00 - discussion of the jury of the competition program, a round table with team leaders and members of the jury of the 2nd competition day.

S19: 30 to 21:00 The awarding and closing ceremony of the festival-competition.
